Overall Academic and Credit Requirements:
All participants in the Oxford Summer Programme are required to attend the full Lecture Series: The Christian Tradition in the British Isles and all field trips.

 Undergraduate Students:

·         Attendance of all individual tutorials

·         Two 2,500 word tutorial essays for each seminar

Graduate Students:

We offer a graduate track in each of the seminars for those in seminary, master’s programmes and PhD programmes. Advanced written requirements and additional tutorials allow for a deeper and more complex investigation into selected topics and will benefit from the use of materials in Oxford’s research libraries.  This track provides additional tutorials combined with the seminars .

All seminars will include a mix of undergraduates, graduates and non-traditional students with accelerated academic requirements for graduates.

Credit Requirements:

·         Attendance of both seminars

·         Attendance of all individual tutorials

·         A 5,000 word tutorial essay for both seminars

Sabbatical or Non-traditional Students:

If you wish to attend the OSP for continuing education or simply want to immerse yourself in a rigorous academic environment, we welcome you!

If you fall under this category, you must fulfill the Graduate Requirements for 6 credits.

NOTE:  Seminars may be taken for undergraduate or graduate credit.  If taken for graduate credit additional coursework will be required and, where enrolments allow, a separate graduate section may be offered.
